Booking Terms and Conditions
- For all transactions made using credit or debit cards, there is an additional charge of 4% applied on the fare amount.
- In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation within 4 hours of the booking time, 100% of the fare amount will be charged.
- No extra charges or cancellation fees will be imposed if the flight is delayed or canceled.
- If the booking is not on an hourly basis and the client arrives more than 10 minutes late past the booking time, waiting charges will be incurred.
- We accept cab charge e-tickets and vouchers.
- All applicable tolls and airport parking fees are charged separately and are clearly communicated to customers at the time of booking. We do not impose any hidden charges thereafter.
- The minimum price for a Suburb to Suburb trip is $65.
